1. Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to Vrestavia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "user"), and Vrestavia ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website, algorithmic analytics, market data streams, and automated cryptocurrency trading calculation tools (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility and Regulatory Compliance

The Platform is intended solely for users who are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts under applicable law. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you fulfill all statutory requirements, that your access complies with all local laws and regulations applicable to your residency, and that you are not situated in any restricted, sanctioned, or prohibited jurisdiction.

In the United Kingdom, users must ensure compliance with applicable regulations governing digital assets, algorithmic software, and financial promotion exemptions.

3. Nature of the Software and No Financial Advice

Vrestavia operates strictly as a technical and algorithmic software provider. We offer machine learning data processing, quantitative statistical modeling, and user-configured automated trading infrastructure. You acknowledge and explicitly understand that:

  • Vrestavia is not an authorised investment firm, broker-dealer, financial planner, or asset custodian under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any equivalent financial regulator.
  • No content, numerical projection, simulation, or statistical signal published on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
  • You retain sole and absolute discretion over your capital, third-party exchange accounts, API connections, and risk parameters.

4. User Accounts and Security Obligations

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and cryptographic access keys. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify Vrestavia immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your credentials or any security breach. Under no circumstances will Vrestavia be liable for losses resulting from compromised API keys, stolen passwords, or unauthorized local device access.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

  • Engaging in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or front-running practices using our automated scripts.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, or extract source code from our proprietary analytics algorithms.
  • Deploying malicious code, viruses, automated web scraping bots, or network denial-of-service vectors against our infrastructure.
  • Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorism financing, or unauthorized financial intermediation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including algorithmic workflows, mathematical formulas, user interfaces, branding, graphics, logos, and underlying source code, remain the exclusive property of Vrestavia and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform strictly for personal or authorized business analytics purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales and applicable international principles, the Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Vrestavia does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or zero-latency trade execution.

In no event shall Vrestavia, its directors, employees, or technology partners be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages, including lost profits, loss of digital assets, exchange insolvency, network fork issues, or slippage incurred during volatile market conditions.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from or related to these Terms.

9. Modifications and Contact
